We are a licensed vacation rental service company through the state of Tennessee. We are owned and operated by a professional company that has strong community ties and expert marketing and business leadership. Our team is fully dedicated to making every effort to rent your property at the rate you set. In addition we offer the following advantages to our clients: 

• No listing fee for your property if we manage it. Unlike some companies we do not charge you a listing fee to list your property on our site if you reside within 10 miles of Bristol Motor Speedway. Those outside of 10 miles can list for as little as $50 a year. 

• Lowest Commission rate of any Vacation Rental Service in Bristol. All new clients are charged a 15% commission IF we rent your property. Check out some of the other vacation rental companies that charge 25 - 40%.

• A hands free no headache rental experience. If you do not want to clean and prepare you home for the renters, we can arrange a local maid service to prepare you home and/or clean after the rental. The service is provided at a special discounted rate to clients of Finishline Rentals.

• We give you the option to have us manage your property for 15% commission, or allow you to pay a listing fee and self manage your property. With self manage, renters contact you directly, and you manage all aspects of the transaction. Our service is only to list your property on the site. Listings fee vary based on placement, but start at only $50 a year!

• Experienced team of marketing professionals. You will have a team of dedicated marketing professionals dedicated to aggressively marketing all properties listed. We strive to be the number one vacation rental company in the Bristol market and will exceed your expectations. 

• Site updates and marketing of site. Our site is linked in to several NASCAR sites, and we have also partnered with another listing service to double the exposure of listings.
