We have a floating house on Boone Lake about 4-5 miles from the BMS available for 4 people

Houseboat is newly remodeled (3 years ago) with vaulted ceiling, tongue and groove pine on walls and ceiling. Full bath with shower, efficiency kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. (THERE IS NO STOVE, but a outdoor gas grill can be in place if requested in advance of arrival), Direct Satellite TV with all 225+ channels.

Sleeps 4 in 1 full sized regular bed and 1 queen sized futon sofa bed.

Houseboat is 24 x 16 inside (bathroom is private) It is basically like and extra nice efficiency hotel room sitting and floating right on the lake! (see pictures) . Parking is located at your door. Houseboat is NOT handicap accessible.

Smoking is allowed ONLY on the decks or PARKING LOT, the houseboat does NOT have a telephone, but we know that ALLTEL and VERIZON cell towers are very good.

Houseboat for 3 nights (Aug 23,24,25, 2007) at a cost of $1200. (This is a three night minimum at $400 per night) We will be willing to rent extra days just before or just after the race dates for an addition $200 per night. Before Aug 23 and after Aug 25.
